The Small Business Construction Coalition (SBCC) was established to create partnership and collaboration between certified Small, DVBE, MBE, WBE, and SBE contractors, suppliers, and professional services firms.

The SBCC is focused on civil and large infrastructure construction projects with agencies such as High Speed Rail, BART, Caltrans, and Metro. The SBCC is also focused on projects involving institutional buildings, multi-family housing, corporate facilities, commercial office buildings, hospitals and other building projects.
